MISI
Taman Rama Junior High School is a national junior high school implementing Indonesian curriculum and add some subjects taught in English. The Indonesian curriculum (Merdeka Curriculum) is the main curriculum implemented for students as intra curricular activities along with co-curricular activities as well as extracurricular activities. The subjects in Indonesian curriculum are taught by our local teachers but the subjects taught in English such as Math, Science, Social Studies, English Language, English Literature, Moral Studies as well as Mandarin Language are taught by our foreign teachers.
Blended teaching methods (Deep Learning, Scientific, Project based learning, etc.) are mostly used for teaching and learning process in the classroom. Besides, teachers use varied teaching methods which make the study environment fun and meaningful for students.
Education based on character building is the priority of the teaching and learning process. Some added subjects such as Moral Studies, Counseling class, Literature teach the students to have good behavior and get moral value in each lesson.
The teaching and learning process uses mostly Bahasa Indonesia as a medium of instruction in the classroom except for some subjects taught in English and Mandarin subject. Project based learning is also applied especially in co-curricular activities which is compulsory to be implemented.








CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
Co-curricular activities are compulsory for students to attend. Based on Projects intra subjects, seven habits of great Indonesian children and other type of projects are implemented along the academic year. The graduate profile dimensions are competency standards that graduates must have at every level of education, namely: faith and devotion to God Almighty, citizenship, critical reasoning, creativity, collaboration, independence, health and communication.




EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES (ECAs)
Taman Rama Junior High School commits to provide a wide variety of extracurricular activities for students to expand their horizons and skill. Our aim is to facilitate a broad range of experiences, allowing each student to find their interest and skill. Students must pick one or more of chosen extra-curricular activities such as scout, sport clubs (basket, badminton, soccer, futsal, volley, karate, table tennis, tennis and chess). In art clubs (painting, music, dance (traditional as well as modern) and traditional Balinese musical instruments), and in scientific clubs (Math, Science, Social Studies, Animation and Robotics, Coding, Debate and English), Journalism club and Cooking Club. To preserve local culture, Nyurat Aksara Bali (Balinese letter writing) and Majejahitan (Balinese young coconut leaves carving and stitching) are provided for students to choose.








Sport lesson is conducted booth in class and outside of the classroom (sport Court/Field). Taman Rama School has complete sport facilities such as Soccer Field along with jogging track, Futsal, Badminton Court/ multi-purpose Hall, and Basket court.
REWARD FOR STUDENT OF THE MONTH
Taman Rama School appreciates the students’ progress in both academic and non-academic by giving certificate of the ‘students of the Month every month. Seeing their surprise and happiness when they are called and declared as the students of the month in each class is a happy moment.

Taman Rama High School policies and roles have been designed to meet the personal, social and academic needs of our students. We aim to promote a positive, safe and supportive learning environment. Discipline of the students is our mainly concern. Students are not allowed to break the rule of the school and should show well behave and manner both inside and outside school premises. Discipline card system is applied to monitor the students’ behavior checked by our experienced counselor teacher regularly. Responsive treatment for students who break the rule is the main concern. Providing link for the students to fill to report the discomfort feeling is implemented.
Our highly qualified and experienced team of International and national staff ensure support for all students’ learning. The teachers are all categorized into qualified bachelor and master degree for both local and foreign. They all teach based on their educational background that meet with the subjects. All experienced teachers have high dedication, energetic, creative and innovative in teaching.



To support the classroom teaching and learning, Taman Rama Junior High also gives an opportunity to the students to study outside the classroom in the activity named Field Trip and Study Visit programs. In the Field Trip program, the school takes the students to visit some interesting and historical places and have fun with their friends. Meanwhile, in the Study Visit program, the students visit manufactures/ museums/ plantation or animal conservation, etc. The students will make a report on that activity after they arrive back to the school. This activity can be conducted more than once according to the required subjects.

Taman Rama Junior High School provide events for the students to give a place for their talents and skills. These several annual events are Sports Day, Non-Violence Day along with Charity Program, Children Day, Teachers Day, Musical Evening, Chinese New Year, Kartini and Earth Day, Open House along with Science Exhibition. The religious events hold is Buka Puasa Bersama, Saraswati Day, Christmas Fun Fair, Waisak Celebration. Anti Bullying and Frienship Day, Mental Health Day.
